Dial Up Setup Instructions

1. Click on the "Start" menu.
   
2. Click on "Control Panel".
   
3. Click on "Switch to Classic View".
   
4. Double click on "Network Connections".
   
5. Click on "Create a new connection" to start the New Connection Wizard.
   
6. Click "Next" on this screen.
   
7. Select "Connect to the Internet" and click "Next".
   
8. Select "Setup my connection manually" and click "Next".
   
9. Select "Connect using a dial-up modem" and click "Next".
   
10. Enter "IOLBV" as the ISP Name and then click "Next".
    
11. Enter "209-2370" as the Phone number and click "Next". If you have to dial the area code to make a local call to Bryan/College Station, enter "979-209-2370".
    
12. Enter your username and password (twice) and click "Next".
    
13. Click "Finish".
    
14. Click "Cancel" on this screen.
    
15. Click on the "Start" menu.
    
16. Click on "Control Panel".
    
17. Double click on the "Internet Options" icon.
    
18. Enter www.iolbv.com in the address line and then click on the "Connections" tab at the top of the page.
    
19. Select "Always dial my default connection", click "Apply" , and then click "OK".
    
20. Now you can connect to the internet by starting any internet application like Outlook Express or Internet Explorer. Enter your Username and Password when prompted.
