Enter "IOLBV" as the name of the ISP you are dialing. Make sure your modem is selected and the click "Next".
Enter the area code and phone number (979 209 2370) and the click "Next".
Click "Finish" on this screen.
Right-click on the "IOLBV" connection, and then Left click on "Properties".
Click on the "Server Types" tab. Ensure that the only two checkboxes that are checked on this page are "Enable Software Compression" and "TCP/IP". Then click "OK".
Double click on the "IOLBV" connection icon.
Click on "Dial Properties".
Make sure that "979" is in the area code field and the "Number to be Dialed" at the bottom left is "2092370". If you need to dial the area code to call Bryan, TX, then click "Area Code Rules" and then go to step 12. If not, click "OK" and skip to step 13.
Check the "Always dial the Area Code (10-digit dialing)" and click "OK" twice.
Double click on "My Computer".
Double click on "Control Panel".
Double click on the "Internet Options" icon.
Enter http://www.iolbv.com in the address line and then click the "Connections" tab at the top of the page.
Select "Always dial my default connection", click "Apply" and then click "Next".
Now you can connect to the Internet by starting any Internet application, such as Outlook Express or Internet Explorer. Enter your username and password when prompted.
