Dial Up Setup Instructions - Windows 2000

1. Click on the "Start" Menu > "Settings" > "Network and Dial-up Connections" > "Make New Connection"
   
2. The "Network Connection Wizard" window will pop up. Click on the "Next" button.
   
3. Select "Dial-up to the Internet" from the radio box selections under the "Network Connnection Type" window, and then click the "Next" button.
   
4. Select "I want to setup my Internet connection manually" from the "Internet Connection Wizard" window that comes up and then click "Next".
   
5. Select "I connect through a phone line and a modem." and then click "Next".
   
6. Ensure that your modem is selected from the drop down menu, and then click "Next".
   
7. Enter the Area Code and Phone number (979-209-2370) and then click "Next".
   
8. Enter your username and password, and then click "Next".
   
9. Enter "IOLBV" as the ISP name and click "Next".
   
10. Select "No" on this screen and click "Next".
    
11. Click the "Finish" button.
    
12. Click on the "Start menu" > "Settings" > "Control Panel"
    
13. Double click on the "Internet Options" control panel icon.
    
14. Enter http://www.iolbv.com on the "Address" line and then click on the "Connections" tab at the top of the window.
    
15. Select "Always dial my default connection" and then click the "Apply" button and then click the "OK" button.
    
16. Now you can connect to the Internet by opening up your chosen e-mail program or web browser. If prompted, you will need to re-enter your username and password.
