Open Outlook Express and click on the "Tools" menu.
Click on "Accounts"
Click on the "Mail" tab.
Click on the "Add" Button, and then click "Mail".
Type your name and then click "Next".
Type your e-mail address and then click "Next".
Type in the incoming and outgoing mail server (i.e. mail.iolbv.com) and click "Next"
Type in your username and password, select "Remember password", and click Next. Your username is everything before the "@" symbol in your email address.
